Sunday, August 30th was Missions Sunday at First Christian Church. For one Sunday a year the entire focus of the service is on Christian work taking place throughout the world and the offering is given to support that work. This year’s focus was on the humanitarian support being offered to Syrian refugees through organizations like Samaritan’s Purse.
